Learn How to Map Your Survey Stops

Submitting Data

Timely submission of collected data is critical to further the success of the Nightjar Survey Network.

In the future, we will host a data entry portal on this web site.

Currently, survey data can only be submitted using any one of two methods:

1) mail hardcopy of data sheet to:

Center for Conservation Biology
College of William and Mary
Williamsburg, VA 23187-8795

or,

2) Email digital version of data including geographic coordinates of stops or a completed Microsoft Word or Excel version of the Nightjar survey data sheet to:

mdwils@wm.edu

*Please collect geographic coordinates or map each survey stop. To learn how, click here.
*Please use postal mail for harcopy maps. The byte size of scanned maps are too large for our email inbox to manage.
*If you receive a "message undeliverable, inbox is full" reply to your data submission, please retry later. We will be downloading data and emptying the inbox regularly.
